A special meeting of the Board of Public Works and Safety convened at
7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, May 28, 1969. f4rr� Taylo'r.!& Mr.Crumpacke
were present. Also present were Messrs. Worley and Lonsberry from Clyde
E. Williams E, Associates, Inc., consulting engineers.

IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3267, 1968 (amended) - being for the improve-
ment of West Calvert Street, from Pulaski to Brookfield, by constructing
a Class C pavement with curb repair.
IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3268, 1968 (amended) - being for the improve-
ment of Walsh Street, from Chalfant to Sorin, by constructing a Class C
pavement with curbs.
IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3276, 1969 (amended) - being for the improve-
ment of Rosemary Lane, from 100 feet north of Peachtree Lane to Oak
Park, by constructing a Class C pavement with curbs.
proofs of publication of notice to property owners, in the South Bend Tribune
and the Tri County News on May 9 and May 16, 1969, were read and found to
be sufficient.
After hearing all persons interested who appeared, and being fully advised
in the premises, the Board decides that the benefits to the properties
liable to be assessed for such improvements are equal to the estimated cost
of the same as reported by the City Civil Engineer.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED by the Board of Public Works and Safety that the
above improvement resolutions, adopted by this Board on May 5, 1969, be, and
the same are, in all things confirmed and -the said improvements are hereby
ordered made.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting ad-
