The Board of Public Works and Safety met for a special meeting at 10:00 A.M.
on October 13, 1970, with Lloyd S. Taylor and James A. Bickel present.
The purpose of the meeting was to consider changing the date for receiving
bids for the construction of the Logan - 36th Streets Storm Sewer and Lagoon
LOGAN - 36TH STREETS STORM SEWER AND LAGOON "K"
Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the time for receiving bids for the
construction of Logan - 36th Streets Storm Sewer and Lagoon "K" was changed
from 9:30 A.M. on October 19, 1970 to 9:30 A.M.,.on November 2, 1970. And
the Clerk was directed to give notice of such change by publication in the
South Bend Tribune and the Tri County News on October 16 and'October 23,
1970.
EXTENSION GRANTED FOR TENT SALE - J. E. WALZ, INC.
Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the request of J. E. Walz, Inc. for
permission to extend its tent sale for one week from October 20, 1970, was
granted.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the rgeeting adjourned
at 1,0:10 A.M.
