CONTRACTOR'S BOND
Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried,contractor's bond of the
Ohio Casualty Insurance Company on behalf of Herschel Willis, 53335 Olive
Road, South Bend, Indiana, dated 4/21/70 was approved and ordered filed.
STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS
Street light outage reports for the period 6/4/70 to 6/12/70 were ordered filed.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting ad-
journed at 12:00 noon.

SPECIAL MEETING - June 15, 1970
A special meeting of the Board of Public Works and Safety convened at 3:15
P.M. June 15, 1970, with all members present.
The meeting was called for the purpose of considering the appointment of
cadets to the Police Department.
After due consideration, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried,
the following applicants were appointed as cadets to the South Bend Police
Department, effective June 16, 1970:
