STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS
Street light outage reports were received and ordered filed for a period
of 7/29/72 to 8/11/72.
There being no further business to come before the Board, 1i.upon ,
motion made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned at
10:50 ABM.

A Special Meeting of the BoarA of Public WOnks and Safety was held on
Thursday, August 17, 1972 at 2:00 P.M. All members were present.
The meeting was called to take action on a request from Chief Seals to
approve retroactively a trip made by Detective Sergeant Szweda to Camp
LeJune, Gouth Carolina in the early a.m. of August 7, 1972. The trip
was in the company of a Deputy Prosecutor to talk to a witness in a
case involving the Danch Murder. Sergeant Sweda returned on August 9th.
Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved retroactively
the aforementioned trip as a necessary one, and approved expenditures
should they become necessary.
There being no further business to come before the Board the meeting was,
upon motion made, seconded and carried adjourned at 2:10 P.M.
