A special meeting of the Board of Public Works and Safety was convened
at 9;15 A.M. on Friday, March 3, 1972. All members were present.
CHARGES AGAINST PATROLMAN THEODORE CEASAR NAJDEK
Comes now Chief of Police, Robert'Seals, and files charges against
Patrolman Theodore Ceasar Najdek.
The Board now directs that notice be given Patrolman Najdek at his
residence, to appear before the Board at 9:30 A.M., Monday, March
6, 1972, in the Board room 1308 County City Building. Upon motion
made, seconded and carried, the said Patrolman Najdek is directed
to appear.
CHARGES AGAINST PATROLMAN LEONARD MICHAEL GRUMMELL
Comes now Chief of Police, Robert Seals, and files charges with the
Board against Patrolman Leonard Michael Grummell.
Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board now
directs that notice be given Patrolman Grummell at his residence,
to appear before the Board at 9:30 A.M. Monday, March 6, 1972, in
the Board room 1308 County City Building.
CHARGES AGAINST CORPORAL" WILLIAM VESSELE STOYNOFF
Comes now Chief of Pol.i:ce, Robert Seals, and files charges with the
Board against CORPORAL William Vessele Stoynoff.
Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board now
directs that notice be given Corporal Stoynoff at his residence,
to appear before the Board at 9:30 A.M., Monday, March 6, 1972
in the Board Room 1308 County City Building.
There being no further business to
motion made, seconded and carried,
