Gentlemen: We propose to lift by helicopter five (5) pieces of heating and air conditioning equipment on the roof of the American National Bank Building from their lot just west of and adjacent to the Building. We would like to remove a burned out electric motor from the roof of the Sherland Building and replace it with a new one just after the setting of the units on the bank building, and this operation would require the closing of Jefferson Street at Michigan, Wayne Street at Michigan and Jefferson Street at Lincolnway East. This whole operation would begin at 8:00 A.M. and would be completed well before noon. Jefferson and Wayne Streets would not have to be closed until 9:30 A.,.
