A special meeting of the Board of Public Works and Safety convened at 11:40
A.M., with all members present.
The purpose of the meeting was to take action on the contract between
Automated Systems Corporation and the City of South Bend covering data
communication controller and related software.
The matter having been considered by the Board, Mr. Crumpacker moved for
approval of the contract. The motion was seconded and unanimously carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting ad-
journed at 11:45 A.M.
