SPECIAL MEETING
DECEMBER 11, 1973
A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened on Tuesday,
December 11, 1973 at 3:15 p.m, with Mr. Farrand and Mr. Barcome present.
REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR OFFSET PRESS
The Board received a request from Walter Lantz, Deputy City Controller, to
advertise for bids for an Offset Press. Specifications for the press were
presented to the Board.
Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the request and
directed that the Clerk advertise for bids on December 14 and December 21,
with bids to be received on December 26, 1973 at 9:30 a.m.
Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the meeting adjourned at 3:18 p.m.
