OCTOBER 26, 1973
A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 11:00 a.m. on
Friday, October 26, 1973 with all members present.
The purpose of the meeting was to consider a Right of Entry Agreement between
the City of South Bend and Noh1 and Betty R. Lueneburg, concerning the northwest
corner of Ireland and Ironwood Roads. The agreement was reviewed and Mr.
Barcome made a motion that the agreement be approved and signed, seconded by
Mr. Seitz. The motion carried.
Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the special meeting adjourned at
-11:10 a.m.
