SPECIAL MEETING
MAY 31, 1973
A Special Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:10 a.m, on
Thursday, May 31, 1973 with Mr. Richardson and Mr. Barcome in attendance.
VACATION_ RESOLUTION NO. 3371, 1972 - ASSESSMENT ROLL APPROVED
Hearing on the Assessment Roll of Vacation Resolution No. 3371, 1973, for the
vacation of a portion of Dean Street lying between the West line of the first
North -South alley west of Main Street and the West line of Section 24, T 37
N, R2E, was held on December 26, 1972 at the regular meeting of the Board of
Public Works. The matter was cont,inued,at that time.
Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Assessment Roll showing no net
damages and no net benefits was approved as adopted and said Resolution is
in all things ratified and confirmed and said proceedings closed.
The Special Meeting adjourned at 9:14 a,.m. upon motion made, seconded and
carried.
