MAY 22, 1973
A Special- Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 1:30 p.m. on
Tuesday, May 22, 1973 with all members present. Also in attendance was Mr.
Raymond Bauer of the Indiana State Highway Commission.
Mr. Bauer presented to the Board an agreement for TOPICS T6000 (7), the
McKinley, Hickory, Logan Intersection. The agreement is between the City of
South Bend and the Indiana State Highway Commission and will release R & S
money so that the City can buy right-of-way. Upon motion made, seconded and
carried, the Board approved and signed the agreement.
Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board meeting adjourned at
1:35 p.m.
