Special Meeting September 22, 1972
A special meeting of the Board of Public Works and Safety convened
at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, September 22, 1972 at 11:00 A.M. All
members were present..
AWARDING OF BID FOR IRELAND ROAD STORM SEWER EXTENSION
Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the award was
made to the H. De Wulf Mechanical Contractor, Inc., at a bid price
of $8,630.00. Basis was that it was the best bid received., in the Board's opinion.
CHANGE ORDER CONTRACT TX - 8775 - IC 626
A change order for T project 6000 (2) and 6000 (5) Contract TX-8775
for Rieth-Riley Construction Company, Inc., in the amount of $34,453.57
was presented to the Board. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously
carried this was approved.
There being no further business to come before the Board, upon motion
made, seconded and carried, the meeting adjourned at 11:15 A.M.
