STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT FILED
The Street Light Outage Report -for the period of March 13 through
20 was received. Upon motion.made, seconded and carried, the
report was ordered filed.
There being no further business to come before the Board, upon
motion made, seconded and carried, the meeting adjourned at
9:55 a.m.

SPECIAL P]EETING MARCH 24, 1975
A Special Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at
10:10 a.m, on Monday, March 24, 1975 with all members present.
The purpose of the special meeting was to consider a request to
advertise for 45 vehicles for the Police Department and 1 truck
for the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting. Detailed specifications
were presented to the Board. Upon motion made, seconded and
carried, the Board approved the request to advertise and directed
the Clerk to advertise for bids on March 28 and April 4 with bids
to be received at 9:30 a.m, on April 7, 1975.
The special meeting adjourned at 10:14 a.m.
