DECEMBER 5, 1974
A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at
11:00 a.m, on Thursday, December 5, 1974 with Mr. Farrand and
Mr. Barcome present.
APPROVAL OF PROJECT COMPLETION AFFIDAVIT - KENSINGTON FARMS SEC. 5
The Project Completion Affidavit for Kensington Farms, Section 5,
covering sidewalk and pavement, was submitted to the Board. The
Affidavit was for the installation of 1342 feet of sidewalk and 310
feet of pavement as required by the City Engineer in a letter
dated 4/7/70. The improvements have now been completed. Upon
motion made, seconded and carried, the Project Completion Affidavit
was approved.
Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the special meeting
adjourned at 11:05 a.m.
