A Special Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at
11:00 a.m, on Monday, November 4, 1974 with Mr. Farrand and
Mr. Seitz present.
APPROVAL OF HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
A Hold Harmless Agreement in favor of the National Bank and Trust
Company and a binder agreement executed by Muszynski Insurance
Agency were presented to the Board with a recommendation from
James A. Roemer, City Attorney that the Agreement be approved.
Purpose of the agreement is to protect the National Bank & Trust
Company from liability for the use of bank -owned vehicles by
the,Police Department. Upon motion made, seconded and carried,
the Board approved the Hold Harmless Agreement.
The special meeting adjourned at 11:05'a.m.
