SPECIAL MEETING
OCTOBER 18, 1974
A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at
8:20 a.m. on Friday, October 18, 1974 with all members present.
Purpose of the special meeting was to consider a request from
Jackson High School for a fireworks display on the school grounds
on Saturday, October 19. The School has received a permit, from
the State Fire Marshall and the proper. Certificate of Liability
Insurance, naming the City of South Bend as an additionally
insured, has been filed with the Board. Upon motion made, seconded
and carried, the Board approved the request for the fireworks
display.
There being no further business to bring before the Board, upon
motion made, seconded and carried, the meeting adjourned at
8:25 a.m.
