A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at
2:00 p.m, on Monday, June 3, 1974 with all members present. .
REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR PORTAGE GARDENS SEWERS
The Department of Public Works requested permission to advertise for
bids for the Portage Gardens Sewer project authorized under Improvement
Resolution No. 3392, 1974. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the
request was approved and the Clerk was directed to advertise for
bids with bids to be received on Wednesday, June 19 at 1:30 p.m.
REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR REMODELING OF TWELFTH AND FOURTEENTH
FLOORS OF COUNTY -CITY BUILDING
The Department of Public Works requested permission to advertise for
bids for the remodeling of the twelfth and fourteenth floors of the
County -City Building. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the
request was approved and the Clerk was directed to advertise -for
bids with bids to be received on Wednesday, June 19 at 1:30 p.m.
There being no further business to come before the Special Meeting,
upon motion made, seconded and carried it was adjourned at 2:10 p.m.
