SPECIAL MEETING
MAY 25, 1976
A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened by
President Rollin Farrand at 9:00 a.m, on Tuesday, May 25, 1976
with Mr. Farrand, Mr. Brunner and Mr. Mullen present.
APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH INDIANA STATE HIGHWAY COMMISSION
The agreement with the Indiana State Highway Commission for
Project 12-6000(16), for signal modernization at sixteen inter-
sections and intersection improvements at Portage, Hamilton, Wilber
and Woodland Streets, which was amended by the Board on May 18,
1976 and -sent to the Indiana State Highway Commission for approval
was now resubmitted to the Board in its original form, without
amendment. Upon -motion made by Mr. Farrand, seconded by Mr.
Brunner and carried, the Board approved and signed the agreement,
without amendment, and it will now be submitted to the Indiana
State Highway Commission for their approval.
