The inspections will follow the scope of work as outlined in the attached buildings specific scope of work. Any repairs found that are needed to the equipment will be brought to your attention. Approved repairs will be billed on separate invoices as extras at a reduced rate per the HVAC Proposal Cost Attachment. This preventive maintenance contract entitles you to a 10% discount off primary labor rates. Thank you for the opportunity to service your Preventive Maintenance needs.
