REGULAR MEETING
DECEMBER 16, 1975
A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at
10:30 a.m, on Tuesday, December 16, 1975 with Mr. Farrand and
Mr. Barcome present.
APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF OPEN AIR STAND AT 534 S. MICHIGAN ST.
Bert Bruseloff submitted an application to the Board to operate
an Open Air Stand at 534 S. Michigan Street from December 17
through 23, 1975 to sell cookware. Written permission of the
property owner was attached to the application. Upon motion made,
seconded and carried, the application was approved subject to
his securing the proper:City license.
APPROVAL OF CHRISTMAS TREE STAND ON RIVER BEND PLAZA
Michael Clifton submitted an application to operate a Christmas Tree
stand on River Bend Plaza from December 16 through 24, 1975 at the
corner of Michigan Street and Washington Street. Douglas Simpson,
Director of River Bend Plaza, recommended the application favorably.
Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the
application subject to the filing of liability insurance with the
Board and to securing of the proper City license.
There being no further business to come before the Board, upon
motion made, seconded and carried, the meeting adjourned at
10:35 a.m.
