A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened by
Chairman Rollin Farrand on Wednesday, November 13 at 1:30 p.m.
with Mr. Farrand and.Mr. Barcome present.
SIGNING OF TITLE SHEET - PORTAGE REALTY SOUTHEAST ESTATES
The title sheet approving the plans for Portage Realty Southeast
Estates was submitted to the Board. Upon motion made by Mr. Farrand,
seconded by Mr. Barcome, and unanimously carried, the Board signed
the title sheet approving the plans for Portage Realty Southeast
Estates.
There being no further business to come before the Special Meeting,
upon motion made, seconded and carried, the meeting adjourned at
1:35 p.m.
