SPECIAL MEETING
SEPTEMBER 19, 1975
A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at
1:30 p.m. on Friday, September 19, 1975 by Chairman Rollin E.
Farrand with Mr. Farrand and Mr. Barcome in attendance.
The purpose of the special meeting was.to approve a letter submitting
a request to the Indiana State Highway Commission that the improvement
of Logan Street be transmitted to the Federal Highway Administration
as a part of the Federal Aid Program.
Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved and
signed the letter of request and the request and the Program Data
Sheet for the project will be submitted to the Division of State
Aid of the Indiana State Highway Commission.
There being no further business to come before the Board, upon
motion made, seconded and carried, the special meeting adjourned
at 1:35 p.m.
