SPECIAL MEETING
JUNE 28, 1977
A special meeting of the Board of
at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 28,
McMahon, with Mr. McMahon and Mr.
Public Works was convened
1977 by President Patrick M.
Mullen present.
The purpose of the special meeting was to take action on two
applications for fireworks stands. G & M Enterprises, by William
E. Moore, applied for open air stand licenses at 1410 Portage Avenue
and the southwest corner of Olive and Sample Street. The locations
are commercially zoned and permission of the property owners was
attached. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Mullen
and carried, theapplications were approved, subject to securing
the necessary city licenses and complying with all regulations
of the Fire Inspection Bureau and the State Fire Marshal.
There being no
motion made by
special meeting

adjourned at 9:35 a.m.
