A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened
at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 5, 1977 by President Patrick M.
McMahon, with Mr. McMahon and Mr. Mullen present.
Mr. McMahon stated that the purpose for the special meeting
was to sign the title sheet approving the plans for the Johnson
Street Sanitary Sewer project. Bids will be sought for the
project, with sealed bids to be received on May 23, 1977.
Upon motion rlade by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Mullen and carried,
the Board approved the title sheet for the plans and specifications
for construction of the Johnson Street Sanitary Sewer project.
There being no further business to come before the special meeting,
upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Mullen and
carried, the special meeting adjourned at 8:33 a.m.
