SPECIAL MEETING NOVEMBER 9, 1976
A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at.
4:10 p.n. on Tuesday, November 9, 1976 by President Rollin
Farrand, with Mr. Farrand, Mr. Brunner and Mr. Mullen, present.
Mr. Farrand explained,that the purpose of the special meeting
was to consider an agreement with the Indiana State Highway
Comnission for the Colfax Bridge Reconstruction/Site Improvement
Project. Upon notion made by Mr. Farrand, seconded by Mr.
Brunner and carried, the Board approved the agreement which will
be submitted to the Indiana State Highimy Commission for their
approval.
There being no further business to cone before the special neeting,
upon notion made by Mr. Farrand, seconded by Mr. Mullen and
carried, the sleeting adjourned at 4:15 p.m.
