NOVEMBER 4, 1976
A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened
by Acting Chairman Peter 11. Mullen at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday,
November 4, 1976 with Mr. Brunner and Mr. Mullen present. Also
present were James V. Becher and James W. Kunzler of Office
Engineers.
Mr. Mullen explained that the purpose of the meeting was to
consider a lease between the City of South Bend and Office
Engineers, Inc. for the lease of the property at 121 S. Michigan
Street, to include the first floor and the basement but not the
second floor, for use by River Bend Plaza and Century Center.
Mr. Brunner said he had occasion to review the lease as to its
form and legality and it is acceptable from the standpoint of
the City of South Bend. Mr. Brunner made a motion that the
lease be approved by the Board of Public Works. Mr. Mullen
seconded the motion and it carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board, upon
motion made by. Mr. Brunner, seconded by Mr. Mullen and carried,
the special meeting adjourned at 3 : 35 p ._r_� .
