Agenda: Bill No. 60 -16: Alley Vacation at Portage & Bulla
Committee Chair Jo M. Broden called the meeting of the Public Works and Property Vacation
Committee to order with one (1) bill on the agenda. The petitioner has asked that this bill be
continued.
Council Attorney Kathleen Cekanski- Farrand stated that it has to go before the Board of Public
Works.
Committeemember Gavin Ferlic motioned to continue Bill No. 60 -16 to October 24, 2016,
Committeemember Kelly seconded and it carried by a voice vote of four (4) ayes.
Committee Chair Broden adjourned the meeting at 3:58 p.m.
