Premium Concrete Services, Inc. respectfully requests a time extension on the above referenced contract from 10/20/16
to 10/28/16. This request is due to the delay of time caused by the notice to proceed on the project extension of
Woodward Street in Division D.
If Premium Concrete Services, INC. is awarded Woodward Street we respectfully request an additional 7 days. From
10/28/16to 11/11/16.
• On 9/16/2016 we received a notice to stop work on Division D Woodward St. We were done
with removals on other streets and moved removal operations to other projects. We were
scheduled to be done with the project on 10/13/2016.
• On 10/6/2016 we were informed to proceed with work on Woodward Street. At that time we
had mobilized all equipment and materials out. Also, informed our subcontractors to halt work,
because more quantities are being added.
• On 10/14/2016 we were asked to wait on proceeding on Woodward Street. That is a total of 8
days. We are respectfully asking for those days.
• If we are awarded, which we hope we are, we respectfully request 14 more days to complete
Woodward Street.
• We are also worried about winter charges (starting Nov.1) that will be incurred if we are delayed
to long, and the losses incurred because of extra mobilizations.
A total of 8 days have been demonstrated. Therefore, we request 8 days as a time extension, which would extend the
completion date from 10/20/2016 to 10/28/2016. If awarded Woodward Street, we request an additional 14 days
moving the completion date to 11/11/2016. If you have any questions, comments, or require additional information
please contact me.
