A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:02 a.m. on Tuesday,
October 18, 2016, by Board Member Therese Doran, with. Board Members James Mueller, and
Suzanna Frtzbcrg present. Board President Gary Gilot and Board Member Elizabeth Maradik
were absent. The meeting was held in the 13a' Floor Boardroom, County -City Building, 227 W.
Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana.
APPROVE CLAIMS
Ms. Fritzberg stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is
fully supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims;
and the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy. Ms. Fritzberg

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion by Ms. Doran, seconded
by Ms. Fritzberg and carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:04 a.m.
