AUGUST 1, 1988
The Board of Public Works met in Executive Session at 2:00 p.m.
on Monday, August 1, 1988 with Board members John E. Leszczynski,
Patricia E. DeClercq and Katherine Humphreys present. Also
present were City Attorney Richard Nussbaum, Assistant City
Attorney Marva Leonard -Dent, Deputy City Attorney David Chapleau
and Legal Intern Cindy Mangiaforte. The meeting was held in the
Mayor's Conference Room for the purposes specified in I.C.
5-14-1.5-6(b)(2)(B) and adjourned at 3:00 p.m. Board members did
not discuss any subject matter other than the subject matter as
specified in the public Notice.
