Dear Mr. Stevens:
The Board of Public Works, at its meeting held on September 27, 2016, approved the above
referenced Change Order for a decrease of $14,550.00, bringing the current contract amount
to $167,250.00 and an increase of eleven (11) days for a new completion date of October 28,
2016.
