Alfa Laval has completed all work on Belt Filter Press #2. The $5,000 allowance for unforeseen issues and miscellaneous repairs was not needed during the course of the work. Therefore, Change Order No. 1 addresses this as a credit back to the City of South Bend since the funds were not used during construction. The result is a -2.65% decrease to the final contract price for the work.
