A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:01 a.m. on Tuesday,
September 20, 2016, by Board Member David Relos with Board Members Elizabeth Maradik and
,lames Mueller present, Board President Gary Gilot and Board Member Therese Doran were
absent. The meeting was held in the 13"' Floor Boardroom, County -City Building, 227 W.
Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana.
APPROVE CLAIMS
Ms. Maradik stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is fully
supportedby an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; and
the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy. Ms. Maradik
stated the followin claims were submitted to the Board for approval: _

therefore, Ms. Maradik made a motion that —after-- review of the expenditures, the claims be
approved as submitted. Mr. Mueller seconded the motion, which carried.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Board, Mr. Relos declared the meeting
adjourned at9:02 a.m.
