Dear Board Members,
The Central Services Division requests your permission to extend the bid award for one (1) 2016
or Newer Full Size Cargo Van with Alternate A awarded to the lowest bidder with Indiana
Preferred Business Discount Jordan Motors, Inc. for Waste Water at the May 10, 2016 Board
meeting. The total cost of this package is $36,890.00. This price and extension was approved by
the vendor in the original bid documentation. This unit will be funded by the 2016 Approved
Capital Budget.
