HomeMy WebLinkAbout03/29/94 Board of Public Works Special Meeting Minutes159 SPECIAL MEETING MARCH 29, 1994 A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 1:04 p.m. on Tuesday, March 29, 1994, by Board President John E. Leszczynski, with Mr. Leszczynski, Mr. James R. Caldwell and Mrs. Jenny Pitts Manier present. Also present was Assistant City Attorney Anne Bruneel. OPENING OF BIDS - EXHIBITRY - COLLEGE FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME PROJECT Mr. Leszczynski advised that this was the date set for the opening of sealed bids for the above referred to project. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice which appeared in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News. The following bids were opened and read: RATHE PRODUCTIONS, INC. 555 West 23rd Street New York, New York 10011 Bid was signed by Mr. Robert Rathe, President. Non - Collusion Affidavit was in order and a five per cent (5%) Bid Bond was submitted.
