Leszczynski, with Mr. Leszczynski, Mr. James R. Caldwell and Mrs. Jenny Pitts Manier present. Also present was Assistant City Attorney Mary Mueller. It is noted that,this Special Meeting was held in Recital Hall, River Level, Century Center. OPENING OF BIDS - COLLEGE FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME PROJECT It is noted that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referred to project. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice to Bidders which was published in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News. Mr. Leszczynski informed those present that he would be reading the bids as opened and the Legal Department would review the bids for legality and form after the meeting.
