SPECIAL MEETING
DECEMBER 28, 1995
A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, December
28, 1995, by Board President John E. Leszczynski, with Mr. Leszczynski and Mrs. Jenny Pitts
Manier present.
APPROVE CONTRACT - 1996 1997 1998 TEAMSTERS CONTRACT
Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Board is in receipt of a Contract for the 1996-1998 Teamsters
Agreement between the City of South Bend, by and through the Board of Public Works and
Teamsters Local Union No. 364. It is noted that this contract is for sound labor relations.
Therefore, upon a motion made by Mrs. Manier, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the
Contract was approved and executed.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski,
seconded by Mrs. Manier and carried, the meeting adjourned at 1:35 p.m.
