REGULAR MEETING
NOVEMBER 12, 1996
The regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November
12, 1996, with Mrs. Jenny Pitts Manier present. Also present was Board Attorney Anne Bruneel.
Board President John E. Leszczynski and Board Member James R. Caldwell were not present.
Ms: Manier stated that as there was not a quorum present, the Regular Meeting of the Board of
Public Works would not be conducted, and the Public Hearing would be continued at the November
18, 1996 Board of Public Works meeting.
