Caldwell. Also present was Board Attorney Michelle Engel. As there was not a quorum, President Caldwell received and read quotations. OPENING OF QUOTATIONS - WAYNE STREET PARKING GARAGE - BRICK VENEER REPAIR AND CAULK - PROJECT NO. 96-23-2 Mr. Caldwell advised that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed Quotations for the above referred to project.
