The Board of Public Works, at its meeting held on August 23, 2016, approved the above
referenced Change Order for an increase of $12,432.08 and an additional 30 days, bringing
the current contract amount to $88,501.08 and a new completion date of October 24, 2016.
Enclosed is a copy of the Change Order for your records.
