A. Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of January 6, 2016
Upon a motion by Secretary- Treasurer Fitts, seconded by President Klee
the motion carried unanimously, the Authority approved the Minutes of the
Regular Meeting of January 6, 2016.
NEW BUSINESS
A. Approval of Resolution No. 199 Approving the Transfer of Certain
Interests in Real Property for Use in Connection with the Smart
Streets Project
Mr. Relos stated the Board of Public Works is requesting the approval of a
warranty deed for a right of way at the corner of Colfax Avenue and St.
Joseph Street and a temporary easement for a right of entry at the
Century Center.
Mr. Nawrot introduced himself as the Assistant City Engineer and the
project manager for the consultant on the Smart Streets Project. He stated
the reason why the right of way and right of entry documents are needed
is due to the reconfiguration that will be created by making the streets into
two -way streets.

Mr. Dougherty stated the warranty deed and temporary easement
documents can be handled simultaneously through the approval of
Resolution No. 199.
Upon a motion by Secretary- Treasurer Fitts, seconded by Vice President
Hanig the motion carried unanimously, the Authority approved Resolution
No. 199 approving the transfer of certain interest in real property for use in
connection with the Smart Streets Project.
4. ADJOURNMENT
President Klee adjourned the meeting at 10A4 a.m.
