Amendment to the base bids in change orders approved (change orders 1,2 & 3 for both divisions A & B) The following sections of the Contract Documents are revised as a result of the above changes: Explanation: When google does was created for both divisions A & B my staff made an error by taking the base bid and adding the alternates to each respective division. Staff did not realize that the alternates were already included in the awarded base bid. It was noticed during processing of change order number 3 that the base bid numbers did not match the original base bid numbers awarded. I am hereby asking the BOARD approve the amended change orders no. 1, 2 & 3.
