THIS COMMENCEMENT CERTIFICATE (this "Certificate ") is made effective this 5th day of
August, 2016, by and between GLC Portage Prairie, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company
( "Landlord "), and South Bend Redevelopment Commission, governing body of the South Bend
Department of Redevelopment ("Tenant").
Landlord and Tenant are parties to that certain Master Lease dated July 16, 2015, related
to the development, construction and lease of a spec commercial /bulk distribution facility and
related paving /parking and other improvements (the "Master Lease "). Pursuant to Section 3 of the
Master Lease, Landlord and Tenant agree:
1. The Commencement Date of the Master Lease is August 5" , 2016.
2. The Lease is in full force and effect and has not been assigned or amended, except
as follows (if any): None _
3. The leasable square feet of the Building is 210,420 square feet.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have duly executed this Commencement
Certificate effective on the date first above written.
