The former Rink site at Art Beat September 25 & 26, <br />216-288 Sycamore and 2009 <br />305 E. Colfax Av. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Inks noted that as a part of using the LaSalle <br />Hotel for First Fridays and Art Beat staff solicited <br />a proposal for cleanup of the lobby area to make it <br />presentable for those events. The cost will be <br />$4,630. Staff also requests approval of that <br />proposal. <br /> <br />CT <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by Ms. <br />THE OMMISSION RATIFIED THE EMPORARY <br />UA <br />SE GREEMENTS APPROVED BY STAFF SINCE <br />King and unanimously carried, the Commission <br />S4,2009 <br />EPTEMBER <br />ratified the Temporary Use Agreements approved <br />by staff since September 4, 2009. <br /> <br />C <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by Ms. <br />OMMISSION APPROVED THE PROPOSAL IN THE <br />$4,630 <br />AMOUNT OF FOR CLEANUP OF THE LOBBY <br />King and unanimously carried, the Commission <br />LSH <br />OF THE AALLE OTEL <br />approved the proposal in the amount of $4,630 for <br />cleanup of the lobby of the LaSalle Hotel. <br /> <br /> <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br /> <br />PR <br />Mr. Inks noted that the Commission is expecting to <br />ROGRESS EPORTS <br />receive proposals for management of the Blackthorn <br />Golf Course on October 2. There were several parties <br />interested in making a proposal. Staff put together an <br />information packet for them, including pricing during <br />the regular season, a membership list, the outstanding <br />bonds and the lease payments on those, three years of <br />historical financial information, a copy of the current <br />management agreement with Meadowbrook Golf, a <br /> 18 <br /> <br />
