NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend that: <br />SECTION 1. The remonstrance filed in opposition to the issuance <br />and sale of general obligation bonds by the City of South Bend is <br />legally insufficient. <br />SECTION 2. The City Controller, as authorized by said bond <br />ordinance, is directed to proceed with the issuance and sale,,of <br />said bonds. <br />SECTION 3.
