a <br />RESOLUTION NO. !9 S 7 _ ce I <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, APPROVING THE <br />DELETION OF RADIO EQUIPMENT FOR $45,625.00 <br />FROM THE POLICE DEPARTMENT WITHIN THE GEN- <br />ERAL FUND. <br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, passed the 1981 budget appropriating money <br />for the funds included; and <br />WHEREAS, the Police Department budget within the <br />General Fund was over the amount appropriated to that fund <br />by $45,625.00, and since that amount cannot be expended. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common <br />Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $45,625.00 be deleted from <br />the Police apartment budget within the General Fund as set <br />forth below: <br />ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT <br />724.0 Radio Equipment $45,625.00 <br />SECTION II.
