RESOLUTION NO. 1 13 .3 _2'I <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND APPROVING THE ACQUISITION <br />BY THE DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT OF CERTAIN <br />CITY -OWNED PROPERTIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT <br />OF THE MONROE - SAMPLE PROJECT AREA. <br />WHEREAS, the City of South Bend acting by and through <br />its Board of Public Works has approved the acquisition by the <br />Department of Redevelopment of certain city -owned properties <br />located in the Monroe - Sample area for the development of such <br />area; and <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Redevelopment has submitted <br />offers to the Board of Public Works for acquisition of the <br />properties at the fair market values established by the <br />Redevelopment Department, in accordance with Indiana Statutes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section 1.
