Dieter at 7:06 p.m. in the <br />Council's Informal Meeting Room. <br />Persons in attendance included Council Members Rouse, Dieter, Henry Davis, <br />Jr., Oliver Davis, Kirsits, White, LaFountain and Puzzello; Mayor Stephen J. <br />Luecke, Police Chief Darryl Boykins, Police Fiscal Officer Don Pinckert, Fire <br />Chief Howard Buchanon, Asst. Chief James Lopez, Asst. Chief Mark Nowicki, <br />Division Chief Gary Horvath, Charles Leone, Board of Public Safety's Agent and <br />Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Council's Agent <br />Council President Dieter noted that the Executive Session was called pursuant to <br />the September 18, 2009 Notice of Executive Session (copy attached) for the <br />purpose of discussion of strategy with regard to collective bargaining relative to <br />public safety employees. <br />This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session <br />was that contained in the September 18, 2009 "Notice of Executive Session". <br />Council President Dieter adjourned the Executive Session at 8:15 p.m. <br />R pectfully ub fitted, <br />i <br />erek D.
