Dieter at 4:30 p.m. in the <br />Council's Informal Meeting Room. <br />Persons in attendance included Council Members Rouse, Dieter, Varner, Henry <br />Davis, Jr., Oliver Davis, Kirsits, White, LaFountain and Puzzello; Mayor Stephen <br />J. Luecke, Fire Chief Howard Buchanon, Asst. Chief James Lopez, Asst. Chief <br />Mark Nowicki, Division Chief Gary Horvath, City Controller Greg Zientara, <br />Charles Leone, Board of Public Safety's Agent and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, <br />Council's Agent <br />Council President Dieter noted that the Executive Session was called pursuant to <br />the September 10, 2009 Notice of Executive Session (copy attached) for the <br />purpose of discussion of strategy with regard to collective bargaining relative to <br />public safety employees. <br />This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session <br />was that contained in the September 10, 2009 "Notice of Executive Session". <br />Council President Dieter adjourned the Executive Session at 6:09 p.m. <br />e ectf I u fitted, <br />erek D.
