s f <br />� N <br />Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council <br />2016 <br />The June 21, 2016 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called to <br />order by Council President Tim Scott at 5:00 p.m. in the Council's Informal Meeting Room. <br />Persons in attendance included Council Members Tim Scott, Jo Broden, Dr. David Varner <br />and John Voorde; Police Chief Scott Ruszkowski, Police Division Chief Jeff Rynearson, Police <br />Division Chief Eric Crittendon; Mayor's Chief of Staff James Mueller, Legislative Research <br />Assistant Adriana A. Rodriguez, and Council's Agent Kathleen Cekanski - Farrand. <br />The Executive Session was called pursuant to the "Notice" dated June 16, 2016 (attached) <br />which states in part that the meeting is being held pursuant to Indiana Code § 5- 14- 1.5 -6.1 <br />(b)(2)(A) for the discussion of strategy with "regard to collective bargaining relative to upcoming <br />negotiations with the exclusive recognized employee organization representing South Bend sworn <br />police officers ". <br />This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was that <br />contained in the June 21, 2016 "Notice ". <br />President Tim Scott adjourned the Executive Session at 5:51 p.m. <br />y submitted, <br />Tim Scott, Councilrf+esident <br />1St District Council Member <br />South Bend Common Council <br />Attachment <br />
